Application to Capital Markets Board was made on 27.12.2023 in order to obtain an extension since the 5 year registered capital ceiling permit granted by Capital Market Boards will expire in 2024, to raise registered capital ceiling of the company to TRY 500.000.000 from its current level of TRY 150.000.000 thus to obtain a permit once again from the Capital Markets Board in accordance with the "Registered Capital System Communiqué" no. II-18.1 issued by the Capital Markets Board and to amend Article 6 of the Articles of Association as in the attached format.
