At the General Assembly meeting of our company held on 14.05.2024, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Legislation, it was decided to sign an agreement by majority of votes with Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.( A member Firm of Ernst Young Global Limited) for independent auditing of fiscal year 2024 and registrated on 14.06.2024 by Istanbul Trade Registry Office.
