It has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Alarko Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. dated 28.06.2024,

It has been decided by the Board of Directors of our company to execute a contract with Türkiye Kalkınma ve Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. for the utilization of a 5-year term loan amounting to EUR 30,000,000 to finance the investment of our tourism facility located at Gündoğan, Bodrum district, Muğla Province, within our portfolio.
