STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY ISSUED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 IN THE SECOND PART OF THE COMMUNIQUÉ (II-14.1) OF THE CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD

1- We have examined the separate and consolidated financial statements and annual report of the Company for the period ending on 30.06.2025, prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué II-14.1 "Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets".
2- To the best of our knowledge and information available to us as part of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the separate and consolidated financial statements, and the annual report do not contain any misstatements in material matters or any omissions that may be construed as misleading as of the date of the disclosure.
