Şirketimizin 2017 yılına ait konsolide finansal tablolarda yer alan 225.801.339 TL dönem kârından; Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca 27.920.320 TL kontrol gücü olmayan paylar ve 3.502.994 TL birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 194.378.025 TL net dönem kârına 7.000 TL tutarındaki bağışların ilavesi ile oluşan 194.385.025 TL'nin %31,04'üne tekabül eden 60.336.090 TL (Brüt) tutarındaki kısmının ortaklara kâr payı olarak nakden dağıtılmasına,
•
Kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmesine,
•
Vergi tevkifatına tabi olan kâr payı kısmı üzerinden gerekli vergi tevkifatının yapılmasına,
•
Kâr payı dağıtımına 27 Haziran 2018 tarihinde başlanmasına
oyçokluğu ile karar verilmiştir.
