Alarko Holding A.Ş. nin 14.07.2020 tarihinde yapılan olağan genel kurul toplantısında;

· Şirketimizin 2019 yılına ait konsolide finansal tablolarında yer alan 507.722.526,-TL dönem kârından; Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca 52.012.262,-TL vergi karşılığı, 70.913.319,-TL kontrol gücü olmayan paylar ve 1.810.395,-TL birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 382.986.550,- TL net dağıtılabilir dönem kârına 5.602,-TL tutarındaki bağışların ilavesi ile oluşan 382.992.152,-TL'nin %8,97'sine tekabül eden 34.365.000,-TL (Brüt) tutarındaki kısmının ortaklara kâr payı olarak nakden dağıtılmasına,

· Kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmesine,

· Vergi tevkifatına tabi olan kâr payı kısmı üzerinden gerekli vergi tevkifatının yapılmasına,

· Kâr payı dağıtımına 23.10.2020 tarihinde başlanmasına,
