Our subsidiary, Altek Alarko Elektrik Santralları Tesis İşletme ve Ticaret A.Ş.'s request for amending the existing electricity generation license dated 23.11.2006 with license number EÜ/984-3/745 for Karakuz Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant with a capacity of 76 Mwe, located in Adana Province, Karaisalı District, Çukur Neigborhood into a multi-source electricity generation facility by adding auxiliary source of Solar Power Plant project with 1.5323 MWp installed capacity has been approved by the Energy Market Regulatory Board Approval no 11539-13 dated 05.01.2023 and notified to us on 16.01.2023.
