Alsera Jeotermal Tarım Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, entire shares of which was acquired by our subsidiary Alarko Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi on 16.03.2023;

took over approximately 30,000 m² greenhouse owned by Ser Farm Seracılık Gıda Tarım ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi in consideration of TRY 60.170.355,00 including VAT.

As a result of the executed transactions, Alsera Jeotermal Tarım Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi now has the ownership of approximately 75.000 m² planted greenhouse, and total of 48.235,21 m² land which is suitable for the construction of geothermal greenhouse.
