It was previously announced to the public that the Board of Directors of Alarko Holding A.Ş. decided;

To establish a new incorporated company with capital of TL 320.000.000 (three hundred and twenty million Turkish Liras), in order to participate directly or indirectly in the capital of any domestic or foreign joint stock companies, to invest directly or indirectly in the capital market instruments, other securities, cash, precious metals, commodities, stocks issued or to be issued by any domestic or foreign joint stock companies without pursuing the purpose of performing brokering or security portfolio management activities stated under Capital Market legislation.

Aforementioned company has been established under the title of "Alser Alarko Sermaye Yatırımları Holding Anonim Şirketi" title and registered by İstanbul Trade Registry on 11.04.2023.
