It was previously announced to the public that, the consortium led by our subsidiary Alsim Alarko Sanayi Tesisleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. has signed the contract for the public-private partnership (PPP) tender regarding the Construction and Operation of the Almaty Ring Road project ("The Project") with the Ministry of Infrastructure Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 07.02.2018, and the relevant Financial Close Agreement was signed on 06.08.2020 and the loan has become ready for utilization.
Upon approval of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer as of today, the construction phase of the project is completed and the project has entered into the operation phase.
