As a result of the land development works carried out in our land located in İstanbul Province, Tuzla District, Orhanlı Neighbourhood, 7375 Block 1 Plot, which is owned by our subsidiary Alarko Konut Projeleri Geliştirme A.Ş.;

our Logistics Warehouse Project regarding the aforementioned land has been approved by Tuzla Municipality and two different construction licenses, the construction license dated 21/07/2023 and numbered 817/23 covering a total construction area of 93.139.11 m² (logistics warehouse) and the construction license dated 21/07/2023 and numbered 818/23 covering a total construction area of 6.030.35 m² (external structure / retaining walls), have been obtained.
