It was previously announced to the public that, in accordance with the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed on November 17, 2023, between our Company and the Akimat of Shymkent City, Republic of Kazakhstan, approval has been granted for temporary allocation of 2,084.50 decares of land in Shymkent City at no cost, for the implementation of an investment project regarding construction of a greenhouse complex, pursuant to the letter communicated by Akimat of Shymkent City, Republic of Kazakhstan, as a response to the land grant application made by our subsidiary TOO ALSERA KZ  (" Alsera Kz ").

Within this scope, signature process of the Investment Contract between Alsera Kz and the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan which foreeses:

(i) Temporary allocation of 2,084.50 decares of land in Shymkent City at no cost, for the implementation of an investment project regarding construction of a greenhouse complex, and free transfer of ownership in case of fulfillment of the investment obligations specified in the contract and

(ii) Commitment of Alsera Kz to invest 69,898,627,000 Tenge (excluding VAT) in the project;

has been completed.
