Due to the increase of the capital of Alser Alarko Sermaye Yatırımları Holding Anonim Şirketi, of which we are a shareholder, by TRY 700,000,000 in cash from TRY 550,000,000 to TRY 1,250,000,000 it has been resolved that Alarko Holding A.Ş. will participate in the cash increase with TRY 407,272,728 and our subsidiary Alarko Enerji A.Ş. will participate with TRY 292,727,272.
