As of 06.08.2024, our subsidiary Alarko Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi acquired all 1.650 shares (100%) with the total nominal value of TRY 16,500,000.00 of Seraf Tarım ve Hayvancılık Anonim Şirketi, a company operating in the agriculture field, in consideration of Turkish Lira equivalent of USD 500,000.00.

Acquired company has the ownership of approximately 101.000 m² land within the borders of Mahmudiye district of Eskişehir province.
