It was previously announced to the public that discussions had started with a potential buyer regarding the sale of the 95,351.39 m² plot of land, registered under parcel 1 of island 7375 in the Orhanlı neighborhood of Tuzla district, Istanbul, which is recorded in the assets of our affiliated company, Alarko Konut Projeleri Geliştirme A.Ş.

It has been decided by the Board of Directors of Alarko Konut Projeleri Geliştirme A.Ş. to sell the mentioned plot of land to Universal Wind Enerji Elektrik Üretim Anonim Şirketi for a total sale price of 1,856,847,751.13 TL, including VAT, to be paid in cash.
