At the General Assembly meeting of our company held on 14.04.2025, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Legislation, it was decided to sign an agreement by majority of votes with BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. for independent auditing of fiscal year 2025 and registrated on 05.05.2025 by Istanbul Trade Registry Office.
