1) It has been resolved that, due to the capital increase of Alser Alarko Sermaye Yatırımları Holding Anonim Şirketi, in which we are a shareholder, from 1.250.000.000,00 TL to 1.428.000.000,00 TL through the transfer of 178.000.000,00 TL in cash capital advance to paid-in capital, the increased portion shall be participated as follows:

• 103.563.636,47 TL by Alarko Holding A.Ş.,
• 74.436.363,53 TL by our Subsidiary Alarko Enerji A.Ş.

2) It has been resolved that, due to the capital increase of Alyat Teknoloji Yatırımları Holding Anonim Şirketi, in which we are a shareholder, from 900.000.000,-TL to 2.007.000.000,-TL through the transfer of 1.107.000.000,-TL in cash capital advance to paid-in capital, the increased portion shall be participated in with 1.107.000.000,-TL by Alarko Holding A.Ş.
