oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Bağlı Ortaklığımız Alen Alarko Enerji Ticaret A.Ş.'nin ("Alen") mevcut Tedarik Lisansı kapsamında dört ayrı lokasyonda toplamda 1.000 MWh depolama kapasitesinde Müstakil Elektrik Depolama Tesisleri ("MEDT") kurulumu için lisans tadil başvurusunun Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu tarafından uygun görüldüğü ve tedarik lisansına derç edildiği daha önce duyurulmuştu. Elektrik Piyasası Lisans Yönetmeliğinde Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik'in Geçici 44. maddesi uyarınca üç ayrı lokasyonda yer alan 750 MWh depolama kapasitesindeki MEDT'ler için sermaye ve teminat yükümlülükleri yerine getirilerek 250 MWh depolama kapasiteli bir adet MEDT, Alen'in tedarik lisansından terkin edilmişti. Alen tarafından 750 MWh depolama kapasitesindeki üç adet MEDT'nin tesis tamamlanma süresinin uzatılmasına yönelik Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu'na başvurusu Kurul tarafından reddedilerek tüm MEDT'ler tedarik lisansından terkin edilmiştir. Kurul'un bu kararına yönelik Alen tarafından yapılan itiraz süreci sonuçlanmış olup, 12.03.2026 tarihli ve 14383-4 sayılı Kurul kararı uyarınca itirazımızın reddedildiği 26.03.2026 tarihinde Alen'e tebliğ edilmiştir. Söz konusu karar aleyhine idari yargı yoluna başvurulmuştur. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. Kamuoyuna saygılarımızla duyurulur.		It had previously been announced that, within the scope of the existing Supply License of our subsidiary Alen Alarko Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. ("Alen"), the license amendment application for the installation of Standalone Electricity Storage Facilities ("SESFs") with a total storage capacity of 1,000 MWh at four separate locations had been approved by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority and incorporated into the supply license. Pursuant to Provisional Article 44 of the Regulation Amending the Electricity Market Licensing Regulation, one SESF with a storage capacity of 250 MWh was removed from Alen's supply license after the fulfillment of capital and collateral obligations for SESFs with a total storage capacity of 750 MWh located at three separate sites. Alen's application to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority for an extension of the facility completion period for the three SESFs with a total storage capacity of 750 MWh was rejected by the Board, and consequently, all SESFs were removed from the supply license. The objection process initiated by Alen against this Board decision has been concluded, and pursuant to the Board decision dated 12.03.2026 and numbered 14383-4, the rejection of our objection was notified to Alen on 26.03.2026. A lawsuit has been filed before the administrative courts against the decision. The English translation of this disclosure is provided in the annex hereto, and in the event of any discrepancy between the disclosure texts, the Turkish version shall prevail.
