Pursuant to the Board of Directors' Resolution No. 2748 dated 07.08.2025,It has been resolved to apply to the Capital Markets Board for an issuance ceiling of TRY 5,000,000,000 (Five Billion Turkish Liras) within the scope of the Communiqué on Asset-Backed and Mortgage-Backed Securities (III-58.1), in relation to the issuance of Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) to be carried out by TMKŞ Albaraka Türk First Participation Asset Finance Fund, established by Birleşik Mortgage Financing Inc. This is hereby announced to the public.
