As a result of the meeting held by the Company's Board of Directors on 26.03.2024, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Markets Board regulations, with the preliminary approval of the Audit Committee, RSM Turkey International Independent Audit Inc. was appointed for the audit of our Company's activities and accounts for 2024. It was decided to propose for election at the General Assembly.

As a result of the ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 25.04.2024, RSM Turkey International Independent Audit Inc. 's election was accepted by majority vote.
