As a result of the meeting held by the Company's Board of Directors on 27.03.2024, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Markets Board regulations, with the preliminary approval of the Audit Committee, RSM Turkey International Independent Audit Inc. was appointed for the audit of our Company's activities and accounts for 2024. The results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 25 April 2024 regarding the election of the company were registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 17.05.2024 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 17.05.2024 and numbered 11084.
