The financial statements of our company Alkim Alkali Kimya Anonim Şirketi for the accounting period 01.01.2024-31.03.2024 have been prepared in accordance with Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (''TAS/TFRS'') and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (''TAS/TFRS'') within the scope of the provisions of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) Communiqué Serial: II-14.1 numbered "Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and prepared in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (''TAS/TFRS'') and the formats determined by the CMB.
dated 14.06.2024 and numbered 2024/19 and approved by the Board of Directors Resolution dated 11.06.2024 and numbered 2024/X, the consolidated Financial Status Report, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Annual Report, which have not been independently audited;

a) Have been examined by us,

b) Within the framework of the information we have within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the Financial Statements and Annual Report do not contain any misrepresentation of the facts on important issues or any omission that may be misleading as of the date of disclosure,

c) To the best of our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities within the Company, the Financial Statements prepared in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards in force give a true and fair view of the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss, and the Annual Report fairly reflects the development, performance and financial position of the business, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
