Our Board of Directors resolved to amend the Company's Articles of Association, Article 7 as per attached for the extension of the period of validity of the registered capital ceiling of TL 900,000,000 so as to cover the period of 2021-2025. The mentioned amendment of Articles of Association will be submitted to the approval of the General Assembly following the required permissions to be obtained from the required permissions from the Capital Markets Board and Ministry of Trade of Turkish Republic.
