Anadolu Efes Biracılık ve Malt Sanayii A.S., has mandated joint bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Monday 21st June, 2021. A Benchmark USD-denominated Reg S/144A notes offering with a 7 year maturity is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. The securities offered will not be and have not been registered under the US Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements.
