Our application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on October 25, 2024, to amend Article 7 of the Company's Articles of Association as attached, in order to increase the registered capital ceiling permitted by the CMB from TRY 900,000,000 to TRY 10,000,000,000 and to update its validity period to cover the years 2024-2028 in accordance with the Communiqué on Registered Capital System (II-18.1), has been approved by CMB with its letter dated November 5, 2024, numbered E-29833736-110.04.04-62371.
