To enhance alignment within our operations' sales and commercial strategies, our organizational structure will change. Mr. Onur Turan, who has been serving as Regional Market Development Director (CIS-OS-CAR) at Anadolu Efes Market Development Directorate, will be appointed as Anadolu Efes Group Sales Strategy Director, effective as of January 1, 2025; reporting directly to Onur Altürk, Beer Group President and Anadolu Efes CEO in his new role.

There will also be a top management change effective March 1, 2025. Mr. Veli Dinçel, who has been serving as Efes Georgia General Manager, will be appointed as General Manager of Coca-Cola İçecek Kazakhstan while Mr. Burç Kurtoğlu, currently holding the position of Sales Strategies Director at Anadolu Efes Turkiye Sales Strategies Directorate, will be appointed as Efes Georgia General Manager to fill the position vacated by Mr. Veli Dinçel as of the same date.

Mr. Onur Turan graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a bachelor's degree in Management Engineering in 2008. He began his professional career at Efes Russia by taking Logistics Systems Supervisor, SABMiller-Efes Russia Integration Supervisor and Modern Trade Sales Projects Manager roles from 2008 to 2015. Starting from 2016, in his career Mr. Turan, held various roles, including Group Revenue Growth Manager, Route to Market Manager, AB InBev-Efes Russia Integration Lead roles at Anadolu Efes Group Office; Commercial Excellence Manager at Market Development Directorate; Commercial Projects Manager, Trade Marketing Director roles at Anadolu Efes Turkiye. Since April 2023, Mr. Onur Turan has been serving as Regional Market Development Director (CIS, Overseas, Central Asia) at Anadolu Efes Market Development Directorate.

Mr. Burç Kurtoğlu graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Management Engineering in 2009 and completed his Executive MBA at Boğaziçi University in 2014. He began his professional career at Batuman Consulting as a Consultant between 2010 and 2012. Following this, he assumed various roles at Tuborg Pazarlama A.Ş., serving as Financial Development Specialist and Business Development Supervisor between 2012 and 2015. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Kurtoğlu worked at Frito-Lay, where he held the roles of Trade Spend Strategy Manager and Sales Finance Manager. In 2019, he joined Anadolu Efes as Trade Spend Manager and later served as Trade Spend and Key Account Manager in 2021. Since January 2022, Mr. Kurtoğlu has been serving as Sales Strategies Director at Anadolu Efes Turkiye Sales Strategies Directorate.
