Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, the main shareholder of AB InBev Harmony Limited, which holds a 24.00% stake in our Company, published its financial and operational reports for the period of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024, under the year-end reports section in the investor relations section of its corporate website. The financial data related to Anadolu Efes presented in the footnotes of these reports have been prepared based on our Company's consolidated figures for the first nine months of 2024 and the fourth quarter of 2023. These figures are subject to inflation accounting and have not been audited independently. Therefore, differences are expected between these figures and the full set of financial reports for the fiscal year 2024 that will be publicly disclosed by our Company subsequently.
No financial data for our Company covering the entire period of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024, has been included in these reports.
