Bu açıklamada bahsi geçen firmaya teklif verilmesine ilişkin olarak, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 02.10.2023 tarihli kararı ile verdiği yetkiye istinaden, ihaleye teklif verildiği bilgisinin açıklanmasının ihale sonuçlanana kadar ertelenmesine karar verilmiştir. Özel durum açıklaması erteleme kararı, ihaleye ilişkin sürecin olumsuz yönde etkilenmemesi ve Şirketimizin yasal haklarının, rekabet gücü ve pazarlık gücünün korunması amaçlarıyla alınmıştır. Kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgilerine İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi de yer almakta olup açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		Our Company has made an offer to Swaidan Trading LLC for the sale of 476 buses for the tender opened by the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), the transportation company of the United Arab Emirates. Based on the authorization given by our Company's Board of Directors with the decision dated 02.10.2023 regarding the bid to the company mentioned in this statement, it has been decided to postpone the disclosure of the information that the bid has been made until the tender is finalized. The decision to postpone the material event disclosure has been taken in order not to adversely affect the tender process and to protect the legal rights, competitiveness and bargaining power of our Company.
