It was announced that a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 05.06.2024 between our Company Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş. and the State Asset Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan ("Agency") in order to analyze the possibilities of acquiring the majority shares of the Company and to carry out the necessary studies in this context regarding the vehicle manufacturer JV Samauto LLC. Company ("Company"), headquartered in Tashkent and production facility in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
