Following the acquisition by our company of shares corresponding to 75.2% of JV SamAuto LLC, a vehicle manufacturer located in Uzbekistan, Mr. Neşet Fatih VURAL, who has made valuable contributions as Chief Financial Officer of Anadolu Isuzu, has been appointed as General Manager of SamAuto, effective 15 December 2025.

Mr. Göker TAŞDELEN, currently serving as Group Financial Control Director at Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş., will support our company's finance organization during the planned handover period between 15–31 December 2025, and will assume his role as Chief Financial Officer effective 1 January 2026.

Mr. Hasan Yusuf TEOMAN, who has made valuable contributions to our company as Domestic Sales Director, will complete his term of office and leave the company as of 31 January 2026. Mr. Bülent GÜLER, currently serving as Sales Director at Kia, has been appointed as Domestic Sales, Marketing and Dealer Development Director of Anadolu Isuzu, effective 1 January 2026. During the planned handover period between 1–31 January 2026, Mr. Yusuf Teoman will support Mr. Bülent GÜLER.
