oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		AB Komisyonu'nun, CRT pazarında rekabet ihlali gerekçesi ile bir grup üreticiye ceza uygulaması üzerine, Şirketimiz ve bağlı ortaklıklarımız uğradığımız zararın tazmini için bu üreticiler arasında yer alan tedarikçilerine dava açmıştır. Dava sürecinde uzlaşma yoluna gidilerek söz konusu CRT tedarikçilerimizden 20,15 milyon GBP ve 22,8 milyon Euro tazminat geliri elde edilmiş olup, bu tazminatın 6,9 milyon GBP (53 milyon TL) tutarındaki kısmı 31.12.2019 tarihli finansal raporlara yansıtılmıştır. Bu açıklamaya konu işlemlere ilişkin olarak, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 28.11.2017 tarih ve 934 sayılı kararı ile verdiği yetkiye istinaden Genel Müdürlük tarafından 4 Şubat 2020 tarihinde, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-15.1 sayılı Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin 6'ncı maddesi kapsamında, içsel bilginin açıklanmasının tüm uzlaşma sözleşmeleri imzalanıncaya kadar ertelenmesine karar verilmiştir. Söz konusu erteleme kararı, sürecin olumsuz yönde etkilenmemesi ve Şirketimizin pazarlık gücünün korunması amaçlarıyla alınmıştır. Erteleme sebebinin ortadan kalkması ile birlikte işbu açıklama yapılmıştır.		Upon European Commission's decision to apply a penalty to a group of CRT producers due to violation of competition, Our Company and its subsidiaries filed a lawsuit against the related suppliers for compensation of loss. In the course of the lawsuit, a total compensation income of GBP 20.15 million and EUR 22.8 million was obtained from CRT suppliers by settlement. GBP 6.9 million of this compensation was reflected in the financial reports dated 31.12.2019. Based on the authority provided by Arçelik's Board of Directors Resolution dated November 28, 2017 and numbered 934 and within the context of the Article 6 of the Capital Markets Board's Material Events Disclosure Communique No.II-15., it was decided by the Top Management on February 4, 2020 that this disclosure should be delayed until all deeds of settlement were signed. The aforementioned delay in disclosure has been decided with the purpose of protecting our Company's bargaining power and with the intention of prevention of any conditions that might affect the process adversely. With the reason of the delay decision being no longer in place, this disclosure has been made. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
