Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) II-17.1 Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği ve ilgili diğer düzenlemeleri kapsamında oluşturulan, "Arçelik Global Bağış ve Sponsorluk Politikası"nın, kabul edilmesine karar verilmiştir.

Söz konusu politika www.arcelikas.com adresindeki kurumsal internet sitemizde kamu ile paylaşılmakta olup, 23 Mart 2021 tarihli olağan genel kurulumuzda pay sahiplerimizin bilgi ve onayına da sunulacaktır.

It has been resolved to implement " Arçelik Global Donation and Sponsorship Policy" which was created by the Board of Directors of our Company within the scope of the Corporate Governance Communiqué II-17.1 and related other legislations of the Capital Markets Boards of Turkey (CMB).

The aforementioned policy will be shared with the public from our corporate website www.arcelikas.com and will be submitted for the approval and information of the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting dated March 23, 2021.
