Following our disclosure made on 16.12.2020, 31.03.2021 and 01.07.2021, registration procedures regarding the share transfer of the Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances B.V. subsidiaries in China has been completed and the Escrow amount of USD 75,000,000 has been transferred to the Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. Accordingly, the transfer of the total Transaction Value to the Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. has been completed.
