Following our disclosure made on 01.07.2021 and 09.07.2021, the closing audit of financial statements dated 30.06.2021 have been completed for Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances B.V., which is established in Netherlands as a part of the partnership with Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. ("HGLS")., , An additional payment of 7.173.107 USD for the 60% share was made to HGLS according to changes in asset and debt items, considering the audited closing balance sheets dated 30.06.2021.
