oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme Kuruluşu Fitch 2 Aralık 2021 tarihinde Türkiye'nin kredi derecelendirme notunu "BB-" olarak teyit edip, "Durağan" olan kredi görünümünü "Negatif" olarak değiştirmiştir. Bu kararını takiben, 9 Aralık 2021 tarihli raporunda, Şirketimizin "BB+" olan yabancı para cinsinden uzun vadeli kredi notunu teyit etmiş ve "Durağan" olan görünümünü ise "Negatif" olarak değiştirmiştir.		Following the decision to affirm the rating of Government of Turkey as "BB-" and downgrade its outlook from "Stable" to "Negative" on December 2, 2021, Fitch also downgraded Arçelik's outlook from "Stable" to "Negative" while affirming the long-term foreign currency IDR as "BB+", in its credit opinion dated December 9, 2021. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
