In the disclosure made on 21.10.2021, it has been disclosed that, within the scope of the purchase agreement of Arçelik Üretim ve Teknoloji A.Ş. (Former title: Whirlpool Beyaz Eşya Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi) it was decided to paid the tax assets which was calculated as approximately 9 million Euro at the exchange rate as of the closing date of purchase transaction, to Whirlpool Global by Arçelik until 31 December 2023. With the new agreement made with Whirlpool Global, the parties have agreed that the mentioned obligation will be fulfilled by Arçelik within five business days by paying TRY 67.8 million.
