As disclosed in the January 1 - September 30, 2022 condensed interim consolidated financial statements on 21.10.2022 and in public disclosure statements dated 28.06.2022, 31.08.2022, the takeover of all shares of Indesit International JSC and Whirlpool RUS LLC that operate in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Mongolia ("Relevant Countries"), by Arçelik A.Ş. has been completed and according to the share purchase agreement, the audit of the closing financial statements of these companies has been finalized.

According to the closing financial statements dated 31.08.2022, the upper limit of the purchase price, which is determined based on indicators such as tangible assets and net working capital, was calculated as 261.4 million Euro.
