Şirketimizin üyesi olduğu Türkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikası (MESS) ile Türk Metal Sendikası arasında yürütülmekte olan Toplu İş Sözleşmesi müzakere sürecinde, Türk Metal Sendikası tarafından Toplu İş Sözleşmesi görüşmelerine dahil olan tüm işyerlerimiz için uygulama tarihi sonradan belirlenmek üzere Grev Kararı alındığı Şirketimize bildirilmiştir.

Toplu İş Sözleşmesi imzalanması amacıyla görüşmeler halen devam etmekte olup, sürece ilişkin önemli gelişmeler, ilgili düzenlemeler çerçevesinde kamuya açıklanacaktır.

During the negotiation process of the Collective Labour Agreement between Turkish Employers Association of Metal Industries (MESS) of which our Company is a member and the Turkish Metal Union, our Company was notified that the strike decision was taken by the Turkish Metal Union for all our workplaces involved in the Collective Labour Agreement N egotiations and date of application to be determined later.

Negotiations to sign the Collective Labour Agreement are still in progress and significant developments in the process will be announced to the public under the relevant regulations.
