In our material disclosure dated 08.02.2024, it was stated that a provisional assessment by the independent panel appointed by the CMA, based on analyses conducted, concluded that the partnership to be established between Whirlpool Corporation and Arçelik would not have an adverse impact on competition; and the final report is expected to be published by March 26, 2024. In the announcement made by the CMA on 07.03.2024, it is indicated that the final decision has been made, and full approval has been given for the procedures. In this context, the completion of deal is expected to be completed in early April.
