In our material event disclosure dated April 9, 2025, it was announced that a draft agreement had been prepared to be submitted for the approval of employee representatives, within the scope of a long-term transformation plan aimed at enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of our operations in Italy. This draft was part of the ongoing negotiations with trade unions and other relevant authorities. It was also noted that the agreement would be signed following the completion of detailed evaluations, the receipt of the necessary approvals, and the conclusion of internal corporate approval processes.
The evaluation and approval processes mentioned was completed, and the agreement, which includes the conditions specified in our aforementioned material event disclosure, signed today between our subsidiary Beko Europe Management SRL, our other subsidiaries operating in Italy, and the national trade unions.
