SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services, Inc. (SAHA), which is authorised to carry out ratings in accordance with the Corporate Governance Principles by Capital Markets Board (CMB), has been increased the Corporate Governance Rating of our Company 9,50 as of 10.12.2025.

Our Corporate Governance Rating has been determined as a result of an evaluation made under four main sections  (Shareholders, Public Disclosure and Transparency, Stakeholders, Board of Directors) weighted based on CMB's Corporate Governance Principles.

The Turkish and English versions of the Corporate Governance Rating Report have been added to our corporate website.
