23.09.2021 ve 09.11.2021 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarımız ile, Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.'ye ait Akköprü HES'in özelleştirilmesi ihalesinde, Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş. tarafından verilen teklifin en yüksek teklif olarak gerçekleştiği ve ihale kararının Rekabet Kurulunca onaylandığı kamuya açıklanmıştır.

Bununla birlikte bahse konu ihalenin 19 Ocak 2022 tarihli Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı ile iptal edildiği 24 Ocak 2022 tarihinde Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş.'ne tebliğ edilmiştir.

On 23.09.2021 and 09.11.2021, it has been announced that the bid submitted by Aydem Renewables, in the tender for the privatization of Akköprü HPP owned by Electricity Generation Company, has been the highest bid and that the tender decision was approved by the Competition Authority.

However it has been declared to Aydem Renewables on 24 January 2022 that the tender has been cancelled by the Presidency Decree dated 19 January 2022.
