The General Assembly resolution dated 30 March 2022 regarding the election of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2022 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered on 1 April 2022 and announced in Issue No. 10550 dated 1 April 2022 of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
