Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated by the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 14.02.2022, shares with a nominal value of 5,733,502 TL, representing 0.8% of the issued capital have been bought back by our Company until today (23.12.2022).

Pursuant to the resolution of our Board of Directors dated 23.12.2022, numbered 2022/37 and dated 23.12.2022, all of the above-mentioned repurchased shares were sold by our Company to a non-resident institutional investor on 23.12.2022 at a price of TL 24.76 per share and through block sale method with a special order in Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST).

On the other hand, the share buyback transactions initiated with the resolution dated 14.02.2022 of the Board of Directors of Aydem Renewables are still in force and further buybacks will be executed based on relevant regulations and market conditions.
