Yönetim Kurulumuzun 11.05.2023 tarihli ve 2023/21 nolu kararına istinaden, Şirketimize ait, Aydın ili, Kuyucak ilçesi, Horsunlu - Ortakçı Mahallesi J-443 ruhsat numaralı 5061,46 hektar alana ve ruhsatta koordinatları belirtilen 5782,72 hektarlık bloke alana sahip jeotermal kaynaklı ve doğal mineralli sular işletme ruhsatının Kocaer Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'ye devri gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Based on the decision of our Board of Directors, dated 11.05.2023 and numbered 2023/21, operating permit of our company's geothermal sourced and natural mineral waters, which has an area of 5,061.46 hectares with permit number J-443 in Aydın province, Kuyucak district, Horsunlu-Ortakçı village and a blocked area of 5,782.72 hectares, whose coordinates are specified in the permit, was transferred the to Kocaer Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
