Şirketimizin Aydın-Söke'de rüzgar kurulu gücü toplam 49,5 MW olan RES projesinde elektrik üretimi, iletimi ve dağıtımı konusunda gerçekleştireceği genel-tevsi 12 MW güç artışı yatırım projesi kapsamında T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı'na yapmış olduğu Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi müracaatı 22.08.2023 tarihi itibarıyla onaylanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, yerli sermaye ile gerçekleştirilecek olan yatırım projesi için Şirketimiz adına 557600 sayılı Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi düzenlenmiştir.

Genel-Tevsi Yatırım kapsamında yararlanacağımız destek unsurları aşağıdaki gibidir:

1- KDV İstisnası

2- Gümrük Vergisi Muafiyeti

Devreye alınan Uşak Hibrit Güneş (82.15 MW) ve Uşak RES kapasite artışı (54MW) ile 30 Haziran 2023 sonu itibarıyla 1.156 MW kurulu güce ulaşmıştık. Hali hazırda devam eden Uşak RES ek kapasite artışı yatırımımız ve Söke RES kapasite artışı yatırımımız da bu sene içerisinde devreye alındığında toplamda yaklaşık 60 MW artışla 1.156 MW olan kurulu gücümüz 2023 yılı sonunda 1.216 MW'a ulaşacaktır.

As of August 22, 2023, the application of Investment Incentive Certificate has been approved Within the scope of the general-expansion 12 MW capacity increase investment project to be realized by our company in the electricity generation, transmission and distribution of the WPP project with a total installed wind capacity of 49.5 MW in Aydın-Soke by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology. In this context, Investment Incentive Document No. 557600 was issued on our behalf of the investment project to be realized with domestic capital.

The supporting elements within the scope of General-Expansion Investment are as follows:

1- VAT Exception

2- Customs Duty Exception

With the commissioning of Usak Hybrid Solar (82.15 MW) and Usak WPP capacity increase (54 MW), we reached 1,156 MW installed capacity as of June 30, 2023. When our ongoing Uşak WPP additional capacity increase investment and Söke WPP capacity increase investment are commissioned this year, our installed capacity of 1,156 MW will reach to 1,216 MW by the end of 2023 with a total increase of approximately 60 MW.
