Pursuant to the Board of Directors decision dated 24 June 2024 and numbered 2024/23, the Capital Markets Board (CMB) application made by our Company regarding the amendment of Articles 6 titled ‘Capital' and 8 titled ‘Board of Directors' of the Articles of Association of the Company as shown in the attached Amendment Text has been approved as published in the Capital Markets Board Bulletin dated 21.11.2024 and numbered 2024/53. The amendment text of the Articles of Association will be submitted for approval at the first General Assembly Meeting to be held.
