Additional Explanations

On 14.02.2022, the Board of Directors of our Company decided to launch a Share Buy-Back program to support the fair price formation of our Company's shares (AYDEM) in the stoke market and it was announced on the Public Disclosure Platform on 14.02.2022.

On 14.02.2022, our Share Buy-Back Program initiated by our Company was terminated in accordance with Article 7/1 of the Communique on Buy-Back Shares (II-22.1).

The table below details the transactions carried out during the 3-year period in which the Buy-Back Program was in effect. In this context:

- In 2022, the average price paid per share for the buyback shares was 8.23 Turkish Lira;

- In 2023, the average price paid per share for the buyback shares was 13.66 Turkish Lira;

- In the period between 2022 and 2023, the average price paid per share for the buyback shares was 11.03 Turkish Lira;

- In 2022, the total number of buyback shares was 5,733,502, representing 0.81% of the share capital;

- In 2022, the total number of shares sold from the buyback shares was 5,733,502, representing 0.81% of the share capital;

- In 2023, the total number of buyback shares was 6,105,026, representing 0.87% of the share capital;
