Pursuant to our disclosure dated 27.02.2025, an application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board on 13.03.2025 regarding the planned issuance of a debt instrument (Green Bond). The approval of this application was announced in the Capital Markets Board Bulletin dated 30.04.2025 and numbered 2025/28. In line with this process, we hereby present the following documents related to the planned Green Bond issuance: Green Financing Framework and the Second Party Opinion (SPO) confirming the Framework's alignment with internationally recognized green financing standards. We respectfully submit this information to the public in accordance with relevant disclosure obligations. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
