Additional Explanations

Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 23 June 2025 and numbered 2025/14, it has been decided to update the validity period of the registered capital ceiling to be valid for the years 2025-2029 and to amend Article 6 titled ‘Capital' of the Articles of Association of the Company as attached and to obtain the necessary permissions from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade for the said amendments.

Following the receipt of the permissions, the draft amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting to be held.
